Our Minty Start To Spring
Spring has finally arrived — the mornings are lighter, the days a little warmer, and suddenly we’re all reaching for sandals instead of socks. And with that comes a gentle reminder: our feet have been tucked away all winter and now they’re ready to step out into the sunshine.
Enter our Foot Mousse — a creamy, cloud-light blend made with shea butter, MCT oil, tea tree oil, and a refreshing hit of peppermint. It’s like a breath of fresh air for tired soles.
Why your feet will love it 💚
Shea butter and MCT oil sink deep into the skin, softening rough patches and keeping moisture locked in. Tea tree oil steps in with its natural antibacterial and antifungal powers, helping to keep feet fresh and healthy all season long. Peppermint, meanwhile, brings more than just its cooling tingle — it boosts circulation, soothes aches, and revives tired feet after long days on the move. A little scoop massaged in after a bath or before bed works wonders for preventing dryness and keeping feet sandal-ready through the hotter months.
Ingredients Spotlight
Shea Butter — Rich, nourishing, and deeply hydrating, shea butter smooths away roughness and restores softness.
MCT Oil — Lightweight and easily absorbed, MCT oil delivers lasting moisture without greasiness, leaving skin supple and silky.

Peppermint Oil — Cooling, reviving, and circulation-boosting. Peppermint wakes up tired soles and leaves skin feeling refreshed with every use.
A little peppermint, inside and out
Peppermint is one of those herbs that loves multitasking. While it refreshes on the skin, it also supports digestion, calms bloating, and lifts the mood when sipped in a cup. One of our favourite spring rituals is a homemade mint iced tea — light, refreshing, and naturally energising.
Salt Bath Mint Iced Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 handful fresh mint leaves
• 1–2 tsp honey
• 1 slice of lemon or lime (or more to taste)
• 2 cups water
• Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Boil the water and pour it over the mint leaves in a teapot or heatproof jug.
2. Let it steep for 5–7 minutes — the longer it steeps, the stronger the flavour.
3. Remove the mint leaves and sweeten lightly with honey or maple syrup, if desired.
4. Pour over ice and add a slice of lemon or lime for a zesty lift.
5. Sip slowly, and enjoy the cooling refreshment as you soak up the spring vibes.
Hydrating, energising, and wonderfully aromatic — it’s the perfect complement to a little foot pampering session.
A season for simple rituals
Spring is the perfect time to embrace little rituals that feel light, fresh, and renewing. A nightly foot massage with our mousse, a glass of mint tea in the afternoon sun — these aren’t grand gestures, but they have a way of turning the everyday into something restorative.
Here’s to sandals, bare feet on grass, and simple joys that remind us of the season we’re stepping into.
With love,
