At Salt Bath Body Refillery, we take care in packing and sending your eco-friendly skincare and cleaning products with the same thoughtfulness that goes into creating them.

Delivery Areas

We ship across South Africa using trusted courier partners. Please note that as we are based in an outlying area, overnight express delivery services are not available.

Delivery Timeframes

• Main Centres: 3–5 working days

• Outlying & Regional Areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, and public holidays.

Shipping Fees

• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Free delivery may apply on special promotions or minimum order values, which will be clearly stated on our website or social platforms.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Once your parcel has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Packaging

In line with our sustainability ethos, all orders are packed using eco-friendly and minimal packaging. We encourage customers to reuse or recycle packaging where possible.
