With a simple mix of sodium bicarbonate, magnesium sulphate (Epsom salt), and a refreshing blend of peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils, it’s a comforting ritual when you’re feeling under the weather.
Directions for use:
Add 3–4 tablespoons to warm running bath water. Stir gently to dissolve. Sink in, breathe deeply, and let the vapours do their thing for at least 20 minutes. Best enjoyed before bed or whenever you need a reset.
